These indulgent strawberry crunch cheesecake bars feature a creamy cheesecake layer topped with a sweet strawberry mixture and crunchy granola, making them a perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Chill for 2 hours.
  • In a small bowl, mix strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry jam. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle granola on top. Chill for an additional hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add more vanilla extract or even a hint of cinnamon to the crust.
  • This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
