- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Chill for 2 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry jam. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle granola on top. Chill for an additional hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add more vanilla extract or even a hint of cinnamon to the crust.
- This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
