- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, diced tomatoes, cooked ground beef, onions, and black pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
