- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Peppers: Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Make the Filling: Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Stuff the Peppers: Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture, pressing the filling down gently.
- Bake: Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the peppers, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
