Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn and green beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
