- 4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, and salt until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla until evenly coated. Spread the peach mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the peach mixture is bubbling.
- While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once baked, cool completely in the dish, then drizzle the glaze over the top.
- Cut into squares and serve.
