Description

This simple and delicious peach cobbler is the perfect dessert for any occasion. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll have a warm, golden dessert topped with sweet peaches.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the melted butter in the baking dish.
  • Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the batter mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches for this recipe. If using canned peaches, be sure to drain them well.
  • For an extra touch, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
