- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the melted butter in the baking dish.
- Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the batter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches for this recipe. If using canned peaches, be sure to drain them well.
- For an extra touch, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
