- 5 cups oyster crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Spread the Crackers: Spread the oyster crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the Coating: In a saucepan, bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and the vanilla extract.
- Coat the Crackers: Pour the mixture over the oyster crackers, mixing well to coat evenly. Bake for 10 minutes.
