- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
- Cheese Filling:
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Salsa
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- Optional Toppings:
- Diced Tomatoes
- Guacamole
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Sliced Black Olives
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble: Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup. Add a layer of beef, then sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Top with another wonton wrapper, and repeat layers.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and wrappers are golden.
- Add Toppings: Let cool slightly, then top with sour cream, salsa, and green onions.
- Customize: Add any optional toppings as desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a healthier version, you can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
