Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well.
