Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sliced beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the beef is well coated.
  • In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, teriyaki beef, and avocado slices.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if using.
