- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the elbow macaroni and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
