- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 6 ounces deli corned beef (chopped)
- 1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
- ⅔ cup sauerkraut (drained)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing

- Rye chips
- Sturdy crackers/chips
- Veggies like carrots and celery
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (an 8×8-inch dish works well) and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with rye chips, sturdy crackers, or veggies like carrots and celery for dipping.
Notes
- If you want a little extra crunch, you can sprinkle some extra shredded Swiss cheese on top of the dip before baking.
