Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While the cake is still warm, carefully roll it up with a clean towel and let it cool completely.
- Once cool, unroll the cake, spread whipped cream over the surface, and roll it back up.
