Savor succulent lobster tails bathed in a zesty lemon garlic butter sauce, perfect for a special occasion or a luxurious dinner at home.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lobster Tails:
    Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and place it on top of the shell. Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Make the Lemon Garlic Butter:
    In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Cook the Lobster Tails:
    Preheat your oven to broil. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush the lobster meat with the lemon garlic butter mixture. Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, basting with the butter halfway through, until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  • Serve:
    Transfer the lobster tails to a serving platter and garnish with extra lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Serve immediately with the remaining lemon garlic butter for dipping.

These lobster tails are perfect for a special occasion or a luxurious dinner at home. Pair them with a crisp white wine and a side of roasted vegetables or garlic mashed potatoes.
