This Tres Leches Bread Pudding is a creamy, indulgent dessert made with French bread soaked in a rich mixture of three types of milk. Topped with whipped cream and fresh berries, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion!

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream and fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the French bread into small cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes, making sure the bread is fully soaked in the liquid.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
- Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with whipped cream and fresh berries for added flavor.
Notes
- For an extra touch, you can add a drizzle of caramel sauce over the top after serving.
- Letting the bread cubes soak in the milk mixture for a few minutes before baking helps achieve the perfect texture.
- This bread pudding can be made a day ahead and refrigerated for a firmer texture.
