Description

A decadent treat combining crunchy pecans, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate. These delightful candies are perfect for sharing or indulging in on special occasions!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place pecan halves in clusters of 2-4 on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Top each cluster with a caramel candy.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, until caramel is melted.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel and pecan clusters.
  • Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, you can add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
