- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper, and cook until vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning mix, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for at least 2 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

- Adjust the chili seasoning mix to taste for more or less spice.
