Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped (optional)
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Pita bread, crackers, or veggies, for serving

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
  • Top with chopped kalamata and green olives, and sprinkle with fresh oregano, if desired.
  • Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
  • Serve immediately with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
