- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the melted white chocolate and mix well. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and pour the batter over the prepared crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
