Description

Indulge in this creamy cheesecake featuring luscious white chocolate and fresh blueberries, all atop a buttery graham cracker crust for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the melted white chocolate and mix well. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries and pour the batter over the prepared crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with additional blueberries or a white chocolate drizzle for an elegant touch.
