Description

Indulge in these rich and creamy mini cheesecakes featuring a delectable Oreo crust and a luscious white chocolate filling. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then fold in melted white chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture into the liners and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  • Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Top with whipped cream and extra Oreo crumbles for an elegant presentation.
