- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then fold in melted white chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into the liners and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
