- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken strips to the skillet. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added richness, you can drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken before cooking.
