- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (red, green, white, or snowflake-shaped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and holiday sprinkles. Save a few sprinkles to decorate the cookies.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Press extra sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
