Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 package gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • In a saucepan, heat lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey until warm.
  • Add bloomed gelatin to the lemon mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and poppy seeds together.
  • Slowly pour the lemon mixture into the yogurt mixture, stirring constantly.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the mousse mixture into a cake pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
