This twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu features a delicious meatloaf filled with layers of savory ham and melted Swiss cheese. It’s a comforting, hearty dish that combines all the flavors you love from the traditional Cordon Bleu in an easy-to-make, family-friendly meatloaf form.

			- 1 lb ground chicken
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 4 slices ham
 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
 - Mix until well combined.
 - Press half of the chicken mixture into the bottom of a loaf pan.
 - Layer ham slices on top of the chicken mixture.
 - Layer cheese slices on top of the ham.
 - Top with the remaining chicken mixture, pressing down to seal the edges.
 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through.
 - Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some Italian seasoning or dried herbs into the chicken mixture.
 - Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal.
 - For a crispier crust, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
