These crispy chicken wings are coated in a sweet, spicy, and tangy Bang Bang Sauce made with mayo, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha. Perfectly baked to a golden crunch, they’re the ultimate game-day snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • Toss cooked wings in Bang Bang Sauce until evenly coated.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of sriracha in the sauce depending on your preferred spice level.
