- 1 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
- Toss cooked wings in Bang Bang Sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha in the sauce depending on your preferred spice level.
