Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter to form the crumble mixture.
  • Press half of the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the base.
  • In a separate bowl, toss the sliced peaches with cinnamon and sugar, then spread the peach mixture over the crumble base.
  • Top with the remaining crumble mixture, spreading it evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.

Notes

Let the bars cool before cutting to allow them to set properly. Serve warm or at room temperature, possibly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
