Description

This Classic Meatloaf with Brown Gravy is a hearty, comforting dish perfect for family dinners. Made with seasoned ground sirloin and baked to juicy perfection, it’s topped with a rich brown gravy for a delicious finish. Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground sirloin
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into an 8″ x 4″ loaf and place it in a baking pan.
  • Bake on the center rack for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with brown gravy.
