Instructions
- Prepare the Cod:
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the cold sparkling water, stirring until a smooth batter forms. The batter should be thick enough to coat the fish.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Dip each fillet into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Fry the Cod:
