Description

These creamy, spiced cheesecake shots are a fun twist on classic cheesecake, infused with Fireball whiskey for a warming kick!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
  • Shot glasses for serving

Instructions

  • Mix the Cheesecake Base:
    • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Fireball:
    • Slowly add the Fireball whiskey and continue mixing until well combined.
  • Incorporate Whipped Cream:

  • Prepare Graham Cracker Crumbs:
    • In a separate small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with ground cinnamon.
  • Layer in Shot Glasses:
    • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into shot glasses, layering it with the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Chill:
    • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish:
    • Just before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
