Description

Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are irresistible little bites of heaven, combining gooey cheese with a buttery garlic sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or party snack, these cheesy morsels are sure to be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Cheese Filling:
    • In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Prepare Biscuit Dough:
    • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each.
  • Form Cheese Bombs:
    • Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to seal it. Roll each filled biscuit into a ball and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Coat Cheese Bombs:
    • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb.
  • Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve:
    • Serve warm, straight from the oven, for a gooey, cheesy treat that’s perfect for sharing.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic butter sauce before baking.
