- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cheese Filling:
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare Biscuit Dough:
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each.
- Form Cheese Bombs:
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to seal it. Roll each filled biscuit into a ball and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
- Coat Cheese Bombs:
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Serve warm, straight from the oven, for a gooey, cheesy treat that’s perfect for sharing.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic butter sauce before baking.
