  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
