Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Bananas:
    • Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise down the middle. Arrange the banana halves on serving plates.
  • Add the Yogurt:
    • Spoon the Greek yogurt evenly over the banana halves, spreading it gently with the back of a spoon.
  • Top with Berries:
    • Scatter the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle with Granola:
    • Top each banana split with a generous sprinkle of granola.
  • Drizzle with Honey:
    • If desired, drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over the top for added sweetness.
