For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the peanut butter filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup M&M’s, roughly chopped

For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

For garnish:

  • Whole M&M’s
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • For the peanut butter filling, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped M&M’s.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • For the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring over the filling.
  • Spread the ganache evenly over the pie. Garnish with whole M&M’s and whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Allow the pie to set overnight for best flavor and texture.
