- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs (2 for the crust, 2 for the filling)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and 2 eggs to form a dough. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to create the base layer.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, the remaining 2 eggs, and caramel sauce until smooth and well combined. Pour this creamy mixture over the cake mix layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with sea salt, then bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
