Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are an irresistible snack or side dish, combining gooey mozzarella cheese with a savory garlic butter coating. They are quick to make and perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • Prepare Garlic Butter:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Prepare Biscuit Dough:
    • Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits. Separate the biscuits and flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  • Add Cheese:
    • Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
    • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal.
  • Coat with Garlic Butter:
    • Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating it completely.
  • Bake:
    • Place the coated biscuit balls into the muffin tin, spacing them evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  • Enjoy:
    • Serve warm and savor these cheesy, garlicky bites!

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, you can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the biscuit balls before baking.
