Description

This Chicken Fried Rice is a quick and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and colorful veggies, all stir-fried with a hint of soy sauce and sesame oil. Perfect for a speedy meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the cooked rice, chicken, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  • Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  • Mix the scrambled eggs into the rice mixture.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with additional veggies like bell peppers, or add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
