Description

This Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza is a deliciously creamy and savory twist on a traditional pizza. With roasted garlic, fresh spinach, and melted mozzarella, all topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan and a touch of red pepper flakes, this pizza is perfect for anyone craving a flavorful, cheesy bite without the tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the roasted garlic evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Top the garlic with fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • If you prefer a crispier crust, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • You can add other toppings such as mushrooms, artichokes, or olives for extra flavor.
  • For a richer flavor, drizzle with a bit of olive oil before serving.
