Instructions
- Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften slightly for easier mixing.
- Slowly pour the root beer over the ice cream, and gently fold the two together until well combined. Be careful not to let the root beer fizz too much.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set and firm.
- Serve slices with a dollop of whipped cream on top, if desired.
