- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Return chicken to skillet and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
