- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels (about 2 ears of corn)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 pound garlic herb sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Foil Sheets: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Season the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, asparagus, and sausage. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Assemble Foil Packs: Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets. Place each portion in the center of a sheet and fold up the sides to create a tightly sealed packet.
- Grill the Foil Packs: Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve: Carefully open the foil packs (watch out for steam) and serve hot. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
You can also bake these foil packs in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes if grilling isn’t an option. Enjoy this easy and delicious meal any time!
