- 1 large zucchini, sliced

- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage, sliced

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large squares of aluminum foil
Instructions
- Prep Your Veggies: Wash and slice the zucchini and potatoes. Finely chop the parsley.
