- 2 (16 oz) bags of frozen corn
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the frozen corn in the crockpot.
- Cut the cream cheese and butter into cubes and add to the crockpot.
- Sprinkle sugar over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar, depending on your preference. For a richer taste, you can add a bit of heavy cream or half-and-half before serving.
