This creamy and comforting Crockpot Corn recipe combines sweet corn, cream cheese, butter, and sugar to create a rich, flavorful side dish. Perfect for a family meal or potluck!


Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz) bags of frozen corn
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the frozen corn in the crockpot.
  • Cut the cream cheese and butter into cubes and add to the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar, depending on your preference. For a richer taste, you can add a bit of heavy cream or half-and-half before serving.
